Forge ("the app", "we", "us") is a strength training application for iOS developed by Ben Collins, Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

4. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes all data from our servers within seconds.

6. HealthKit

Forge requests read access to sleep analysis, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate from Apple HealthKit. This data is used solely to compute a 0–5 readiness score displayed within the app. Raw HealthKit values are never stored in our database, sent to our servers, or shared with any third party.

Forge requests write access to workouts to log completed sessions to Apple Health (duration and active energy estimate).

7. Children

Forge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the policy changes and notify users via the app where material changes are made. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
